It's something that someone is curious and/or wants opinions about so usually they try to find the answer by a questioning someone or researching about it happy

a question is a sentence with a ? on the end-it needs an answer unless it is retorical question and then I does not,

sentence in an interrogative form, addressed to someone in order to get information in reply.

a problem for discussion or under discussion; a matter for investigation.
