Is there any way I can ask my mom to STOP chewing with her mouth open without hurting her feelings/
idon't think she knows she does it...

Well, just say, Hey, mom, did you know one of my biggest pet peeves is when people chew with their mouth open?, and she might get the hint.

When your mom gets up to go get more food just say; Hey, Mom, would you please stop chewing with your mouth open? That way the only people that will hear you say it will be you and your mom.

Well no one else is around. so I don't have to worry about that. it's just my biggest pet peeve to have to hear it. and she gets her feelings hurt really easily.
