A lump

There is a small lump on my private area between my legs.
It hurts when something touches it, I'm not sexually active.
What could this be?

its sometimes a sist, if not its like...a big pimple
no need to worry about it unless it doesnt go away in like 2 weeks
if it doesnt it may be a sist that needs to be drained by a doc
tell your guardian if it doesnt go away in 2-3 weeks
