Theres this girl, She is a major trouble maker and she absolutely just loves my boyfriend, she lies a lot and she is flirting with my boyfriend, shes hugging all over him and trying to kiss all over him WHAT DO I DO to make her stop!?

Nothing, its your boyfriend who should be putting her in her place, when she is flirting and all over him it should be him thats says, stop it I have a girlfriend and rather you not do that!

Let your boyfriend do that thing.. He should avoid that girl in any ways that she will not be hurt also..

you beat the gurls *** thats what you do you do not even try to put up with that and if your boyfriend isnt doing anything back then no worries just deal with it yourself trust me im going through the same thing
