How can i tell this girl i like her?

there's this girl that I really like. I told her I just want to be friends. 8 months ago I divorced my ex wife, and because of what she done to me, I don't trust women. how can I come out and tell this girl I like her.

Just tell her you like her and would like a relationship if that's what you want.

well my first sugestion is to see if she likes you. Does she act like it?
If she does get her alone just in case she doesn't. Ask her about her self or even better compliment her. I.e. you have gourgues eyes or I love you red jacket i think its your color NOT holy crap you have big boobs! you'll get slapped. Or even open up with a joke (if you need help w/ jokes fun mail me I'm good w/ jokes) Next ask her something about realonships. i.e. so do you have a boyfriend (even if you know she doesn't ask it's a tip off) if she says no ask really I'm surprise someone like you normally isn't single for very long. Then say look I like you, and i was wondering if you'd like to go out sometime.
