A few friend/dating questions...

Asked by annonomus 9 months ago, 2 answers.

Is it considered weird if your in your teens *not like 13-16... I mean 17-19* and are friends with some people in there 20's?
How about dating? If both people are 18 or older but there is a 6-8 year age difference in the relationship, is that ok or is...

that too big of an age gap?
I'm just curious about this and would like to hear how others think in situations like these.

I see no problem with being friends with younger people - me and my fiance have friends of all ages ranging from 16-45. We get along with all of them on different levels and it's a nice ecclectic group of people.

I also believe that if you are legally an adult - you have the right to choose who to be with regarless of age. I may not agree with the age difference, but they are adults and can do whay they wish.

I agree with mandyloo completely. I'm 17, but I have friends who are in their 20's. We get along perfectly fine and have a lot of fun together.

And about the dating part of the question, as long as your both 18 or older... no one can really say much. I mean they might not exactly agree with the age differences, but if both people are 18 or older, they can LEGALLY date without any problems.
