A dispute on paypal

Me Asked by kyleybear123 about 1 month ago, 1 answer.

Ok, I purchased $100.00 worth of stuff from a seller on paypal. About a week after I purchased it, I got an email saying she was a fraud. She hasn't been contacting me for the past five days and I havn't received my items, so I filed a dispute on...

paypal. It says that paypal is trying to contact her about resolving the problem; but I doubt she will respond to them. If she doesn't, will I still be able to get my money back?

Yes, paypal just gives her a certain amount of time (I think it's two weeks, but it might be 30 days) to allow her to respond accordingly, at the end of which if she has not responded (or even if she has but has failed to resolve the issue), you get your money back.
