A bump?

I just noticed like an hour ago that I have a large bump near my vagina. Maybe as big as a dime? Its not on the skin of the vagina but its on that small stretch of skin between my vagina and my butthole.
And it just hurts really really bad when touched,...

I havent looked at it yet. To see if its pink or whatever.
But does anyone know what it could be??

I had the same thinq monday and I went to the doctor and they said it was a cist which is normal mines was huge and they hurt badly well take a lot of BATHS when you sleep put a hot rag on it and it should pop eventrully mines did trust me its grosse

Or it could be an infected hair follicle.
That region is called the Taint (as in (I)t ain't the genitals and (I)t ain't the butt-hole) or officially the perineum. A health clinic can help.
