How do I get one? I do a lot of situps and crunches but no results

Advisor-small

You need to work out at least 5 or 6 times a week, and target your upper, lower abs as well as your obliques. Also make sure you're eating right not snacking or binge eating at night, as even with proper exercise, this will prevent you from achieving your goals.

A lot of cardio, eg, 3-5 times / week, is necessary as well if you want really ripped abs. Good luck.

Also suck your stomach muscles in when you doing crunches or you will work the muscle out not in.

Crunches build muscle but do not burn fat, no matter how little is there. You should probably change your eating habits for a month or two(at least).

You might not be maxing yourself enough.

Try doing crunches on a stability ball.
Try them on an incline.
Hold Weight across your chest.
And as you get more advanced..
try hanging on a bar and lifting your legs up 90 degrees
And if you get really good,
hang upside down by your feet and do crunches in the air.

Then you need to eat healthy. try cutting a lot of sugar out of your diet. (No sodas, sugary juices... ect)

Pick up a copy of men's Health magazine
A good book to help you achieve the results you want is the Abs Diet book.
