Well, I'm a sophmore in highschool, and my brother is a freshman in college. He has this friend in college thats a junior, and were a lot a like..hes a great kid and I'm not saying a want to date him, I just want to get to know him. Is 5 years too big of a difference? Hes not freak that would take advantage of me. Hes a good kid.

a good guy wouldn't even consider a sophmore 5 years younger than him. Thats just wrong, tell your brother what you just asked , see what he says. lol, guaranteed he'd beat the guys as* before he'd let that happen

You should probably wait until your 18 for leagal reasons but age is nothing but a number.. My husband is 43 and I am 22.. That is a HUGE multi-generational gap but it works for us. If theres chemistry then theres chemistry, you can't deny it.
Good luck with you!

the longer you wait then the less worse it gets. think about it . it is ok if two parents are about 5 years apart in their 40s but if they started dating whilst at school then thats almost child abuse
