5 wk old kitten

I got a 5 wk old kitten she eats kitty food but she hasnt went potty is there something wrong??

I don't think so if everything else seems healthy then don't worry. When I first bought my hamster it did the same thing, it would eat but wouldn't potty ... just give it a bit of time thats what I did now it's fine.

Try giving her milk and wet food.

shes probably scared and dosent know how to use her litter box.

Give her milk like the answer above said and wait a minute for it to settle into her tummy, then take her to her litter-box and put her in it and dig a little hole in front of her. Be supportive, and when she tries to walk away just pick her up and show her again a few times. She probably wont use it the first time. Let her walk away after a few attemps, then 10 minutes later show her again and another 10 minutes later show her yet again, until she grasps onto the concept. if you then find her using it later, just quietly walk away and ignore her otherwise she will get startled. When shes done and walked away, praise her. but not when shes doing her business lol wait for her to finish.

hi, I have just lost a kitten that I hand reared she didnt go toilet for about 5 weeks from when I gt her at 1 1/2 weeks old but she was fine after a bit of practise dont panick though because she will pick up on it and not go for longer I found this out.
