Guys, why won't he tell me his name?

hey guys, okay theres this boy at my school that looks at me and says hi to me when ever he sees me. one time I was going up the stairs and he was going down the stairs he looked at me and said hi then I stopped and asked him again wut his name was and he said it was to 'personal' then another time he said hi to me again and again I asked his name and he said he didnt have one and smile... I just dont get why he doesnt want to tell me his name, does he just want me 2 keep asking or wut?
I need sum advice help if you can

Maybe he's playing hard to get and really likes you but doesn't know how to say it. Then again he may just be being a boy, confusing and difficult Just keep trying!

dont be too botherd sweetie hes just bein a young guy...we are all very stupid and childish at that age...he just doesnt know what to say so hes trying to play the cool role...heres what you do stop talkin to him and watch how he acts...eventually he is going to get mad and want to know why you dont talk to him anymore and then you tell him its cause you dont talk to little boys who play games...I bet he changes then

He could be embarassed of his name or just wants you to keep asking.

He may like you. And maybe he's trying to keep you intruiged or seem like he's a big mystery so youll want him more. It looks like an interesting situation lol.

Seems like he's playing hard to get. Keep asking, but if you do start to get annoyed of it then just forget him. There is a point where he needs to stop and tell you his name. Ha or look on something of his, like a paper or classwork. Who knows, he might just be embarrsed by his name. Guys are confusing and I dont think there is one girl in the world that completely and 100% understands them. Honestly I don't even think guys understand themselves. goodluck though.
