Ok I am going to Flordia this year and I want to lose some weight. I am a 15 year old male that weighs 242 and is 6ft tall. I have looked all over the Internet and I have did the BMI thing and I want to get down to about 200lbs or 190. I am eating more healthy (but its not that good) I am walking and running some. I would like to put on some muscle also. What should I do and what type of diet do I need to be on and what is a good amount to work out in a day and how many times a week
Make sure you watch what you eat, meat is best for building up muscle and also vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of water. Running is definitely the best way to lose some weight and for building muscle you should lift weights three or four times a week for around an hour. 190 sounds like a good goal to begin with, especially if you want to build up some muscle, but your ideal weight would probably be 10-20 lbs less than that.
I lost about 10 pounds just the week by just eating smaller proportions and no sugar. Just eating sugar free stuff. You dont have to eat totally healthy just no junk food and smaller proportions. If that helps at all

I think that your height goes wit your weight so thtz fine but chu anit need no deit just go work out
