300 crunches per night

If I did 300 crunches every night how soon would I see results?

u dont have to do crunches to get results this is my ab routine here is the link!! and it works!! and no crunches!!!

try flutterkicks as well. Crunches mostly aim toward your upper abs while flutterkicks work you lower abs as well

Youd see results sonn but youd probably be in the hospital...your not supposed to do more than 30 a day...but if you do a nice workout youl see great results!

Why aren't you suppose to do more than 30 a day? I have never heard that.

Yeah, that's definitely absolute bull... I do up to 600 crunches a night and it is certainly not bad for you, I don't what kind've other worldly crunches you're thinking of that you believe you can't do more than 30 of a night.,
