she hade a litter of puppies once and did connect again, thought she might be pregnant but now she's bleeding heavy , she shakes like shes cold. she's not very active can you suggest what I should do?

You should not breed your dog if you really care about animals, thats what you should do.

Is she supposed to be in Heat? shaking is a sign of pain, if she was pregnant she may be loosing the litter and getting sick, you dog will die from infection if not seen by a vet,
You should not even be asking this question. GO TO THE VET, that is the only answer, get her the medical attention she needs, you would not let your child suffer. At your age I am surprised you would not know what to do? and it spelled Chihuahua
