2012, 2 things that are confusing dont be mean!

k so im sure you know bout the prediction of 2012 the world the end blah blah lol... and im just wondering this... there is one good reason for why it would end and why it wouldnt end... I heard someone say it will end not only the mayan calendar, but...

all the chaos in the world, the theifs, peopple careless bout the earth, the murders, but then I also heard someone say, when jesus was gonna flood the earth, and then came noah's ark, and things with the animals (you know the story, I hope) and jesus said he would never try to destroy the earth again... so which one do you think would be more of a reason, like, which one has stronger evidence, its really hard to explain sorry if I confuse you lol

Let me put it to you this way...

Do you think that in a span of 3 years people will have been able to do enough damage to the earth to actually end all life on the planet?

Now let's say you believe in God...if he said he would never destroy the earth again, then he won't - unless, of course, people will accept that if there is a God, he's a cruel God and therefore, we're all doomed.

lol I know whut your trying to say. but I believe that in 2012 the world will NOT end. yes it could b possable but no,I dont think it will happen. this has happened many years ago. I found a video explaining about it about a week or 2 ago.

which I also think is trure , and I couldnt believe this I was watching tv and this commecial came on and my bro went to their website and it said eaither the suns rays are gonna kill us, the earths core is gonna spin reaaly fast and get really hot and burn up everthing, and I forget the 3rd reason but dont worry its most like a bunch of bull(:

That commercial is an advertisement for a film.

There have been no fortune tellers or prophets ever recorded who were accurate enough to trust on fortelling the end of the world. I wouldn't worry about such predicitions. The world has plenty of quacks and fear-mongers whose sole purpose seems to be to scare people.

The bible says, if you belive the bible, which I do the earth would never be covered in deluge (flood) again that's not saying we won't get hit by an asteroid or some such , Just hang on to your go yo hell.

Ok I dont want to be rude. but really this question is like so old. its been asked over over and over (which I thought this site stated not to post duplicate questions. . anyways) as I have stated hundred times before ONLY GOD KNOWS WHEN CHRIST WILL RETURN ONLY GOD!!

lol first off maybe the mayan calander ends at 2012.. because THEY DIDNT HAVE ROOM FOR ANYMORE.. lol funny though right? the stone could only hold so many. I can see the mayans going Dude this is getting boring what else should we do?? uh take peoples hearts out of their chests and sacrifice them to some unknown being that just popped into my head oh sounds cool lets go... yeah sorry little ADD moment.

There has always been chaos, and there have always been floods. These are not sign of anything.

well he created it all and so he could just as easily destroy it all. and yah I think people could do enough damage to tear the earth apart.

No one knows whats going to happen that DAY,when the time comes,it will be of
something very scary to all who are alive at that time to see it.it will be the END of
time for everything,we are given this temple/boby with all it's abilitys to do what's
right and some what's wrong,the Human body can rebuild itself,it's for a reason
to keep us around as long as possible to prove are selfs.Think about this:Wonder
if Jesus came to pluck one Male for every two that is Good and Women the same
outcome,interesting uh.You see you must prove yourself as soon as possible,
