1 year anniversary gift?

Okay, so me and my boyfriend will be dating for a year on Septermber 17th!
Buttt, I don't know what to get him for a one year anniversary gift!
he told me hes getting me a promise ring..but, what am I supposed to get him?
I reallly really really need...

some advice before time runs out!

hmm..well...does he have any particular interests? My boyfriend loves when I get him gift certificates to places he goes to a lot.

If you're looking for sentimental that he can wear, like a promise ring, try visiting BICO.COM...they've got some really nice modern looking pendants that have a really cool feel to them...I've gotten a pair of matching pendants for me and my boyfriend...it's really kinda cool. They have pendants made just for couples and they're made to smybolize different things. It's kinda cool two, because the pendants don't match exactly...one is smaller and more petite for the girl's half and might have a more delicate design...its really nice...

why not try there? if nothing else it may just give you a few ideas.

spend a moderate amount of money, I have seen couples blow christmas bonus checks on one another with Xboxes, rings, and new shoes. so ridiculous. Does he have any special interests? You could type his interest on Ebay and see what pops up, something very cool that you would never have thought of may be there.
Also, it seems that he is hinting to you that you should get him a promise ring in return? I am not sure how that whole thing works bc he might be getting himself his own ring, you might want to check. I'd follow fawkesfire's advice about the promise ring...

My boyfriend and I are broke so 1 I didn't get anything. 2 I got hima card and a green teddy that says I miss you in red on it because green is his favortie color. I know that when my boyfriend gets money he'll get something for me but, he doesn't get my gift till I get one lol. It doesn't matter what you get him he'll love it because he loves you.
