well I am planing on cooking her dinner...but I meant some way to celebrate it...she loves things I make for her...but I cant think of anything to make her...

Well, if she loves things that you make her...how about a little booklet with what you love about her in it. For example: you make me smile happy or you could say what feel about her. Sweet things. Whatever you feel about her...you can make a collage of all the pictures of just you and her. Put quotes around them, or little inside jokes. Cute, funny things will bring the simplest joy.
