Should i become emancipated?

im 16 years old I been wit my boyfriend for 7 years(no joke) we have a beautiful 2 month old son together im mainly tired of my mom

if you have a child then you most efinately be emancipated, look up emancipation laws for your state on yahoo.com. pregnancy and child bearing is stance for emancipation. you should just be able to fill out a couple of forms and proof of giving birth and get it approved by a judge. as a warning, he will check to see if you can support yourself and he will ask for your income status. maybe even your boyfriend's.
