What is all of this confusion about pregnancy?

15 and I keep having pregnency dreams and everything I see on tv is about teen pregnency and everyone around my b/f and I are asking us if we are having sex. it would scare the hell out of me if I was pregnent and I know it would be the hardest thing ever but at the same time thinking about it akes me happy and intersted and my b/f too. we talked about all the posibilties and what we would do but im not sure what to do the talk, the dreams, family has gotten me so confuesd. what do you think all this is?
