well I was anorexic a couple of years ago. to start off I would cut out one meal a day. I made the other meals more healthy and did more exerise. although I would get hungry I cut out my evening meal as I would go to bed feeling hungry but wake up feeling full. also no carbs after 6pm as you wont burn them off. then I cut of breakfast. the first few days I would feel hungry but after a while the feeling hungry would sooth me and make me feel less hungry the I eventialy cut ou everything. not saying you should do this but cutting down and no carbs after 6 should help you
the best way is to work out. it doesn't just make you healthier it makes you look great. and there is no way any weight will come off without exercise. if you want to loose weight go to the gym 5 days a week. also watch what you eat. I know it might be tempting to eat all the awesome food there is out there but if you want to loose that weight tone it down a little and just eat some healthier food like salads, veggies and fruits, drink milk and juice instead of pop and sugary drinks.
