Thats a very personal decision! It all depends on how you and him feel about it! If your both comfortable with it, go for it.. But make sure your both ready!

and to answer your question to me I think that what your thinking about is normal should I have sex with my boiifriend everyone goes through it as a teen I still do but I would have to say no because once you learn your going to see that it's just like any another one of the phases that people face in lyfe I say don't give it up make your boyfriend wait because if he really truly loved you then he would wait just for you and if he doesn't wait then you would now know the truth which is that he only wanted you for one thing and it was {SEX} I say wait but it's all up to don't give something up that you can only have once in your life and it's your virginity once you lay down and get it taken you can never ever say that your a virgin there is no way and plus 13 your to young you just became a teen

Remember that youre 3 years under age and probably dont understand sex fully. But if you and your partner feel comfortable and your completely sure your ready then it's entirely up to you. Make sure you use protection. As 'layashea' said, how would you feel if you were pregnant, or with an std? Imagine how your parents/guardians would feel? It would ruin your life. All I'm saying is if you decide to, make sure your safe and that you really want to. There would be nothing worse than doing it and regretting it because you can't turn back time.

If you have to ask then you probably aren't ready.
I'm not one of those people who believe sex when you are married or of legal age or whatever.
I just think you shouldn't do anything you are entirely comfortable with.
Also if you do go ahead with it be smart; safe and protected.

all I'm going to say is that your way underage..and is illegal for you to have sex..you have to be 18 to have sex..it doesn't matter if your boyfriend is 18...you'll both get into trouble with the law if it got around school..and your family...
[also..the law doesn't care if your parents 'oked' it...]
