12 year old male and 15 year old girl

can anyone help on this situation as my daughter is going out with a 12 year old and she is 15. I keep getting told he'll be 13 in a couple of weeks forgetting she'll be 16 at the end of this year.. I just had all the usual teenage problems till she got in toe with the wrong crowd and I mean wrong. social workers, skiving school, thieving and smoking fags as well as pot, drinking also as well as doin the new craze bleeds! only thing she hasn't done is the smokin fags and pot YET!! 3 months the relationship has been going and I thot it would dwindle, but it seems to be blossomin and more trouble and attitude even with trying to speak to the both of them.There is no trust with her anymore as been into my bank account, helpin self to drink at friends house as well as my house. People keep tellin me she'll be put on an offenders list as soon as she is 16 and that's her wantin a career in the health board, not the way she is going tho.. I'm about at the end of my tether as everythin takin of her but still manages to be a little brat and the world fallin about her feet. Got her to go out with a pile of her friends and meet older blokes and she did have a laugh, her mate seen sense she finished her relationship with 1 of the boys but he is the same age as the girls not 12.. Her friend tried to speak to her and the rest of her mates but she is just falling out with them and being strong headed.. HELP!!!

Well the first thing I would do is contact HIS parents!! Let them know how you feel about the relationship between their son and your daughter. 12, and 13 yr olds are wayyy too young to be dating. You can put your foot down with your daughter though. Punishing her if she doesnt abide by the rules. (grounding) Does she go off to see her boyfriend, or does he come to your house? You can put a stop to that too!! You need to start taking charge as a parent, and not letting you daughter control you! If you have insurance, counselors are wonderful. A few more years and your not going to be able to help her anymore, as she will be legal,(18) and can move out, and the trouble will only worsen!! First get rid of her little boy boyfriend!! Dont permit her to hang out with the the bad crowd anymore!! Remember>YOU ARE THE PARENT, NOT HER!! Good Luck!!!

Angelfire,grounded,things taken of her mobile, computer, house phone even collect her from bus. live in country so hard for her to get to town to see him. dinnertimes the time they see each other.single parent and they know he does it all, but believes in letting their kid find there own wrongs and rights.. they understand where I'm coming from, but all he keeps sayin is he'll change. Told him he's got now till he's 16 to change,and abide by the law then they can decide!!

wow a 12 and 15 year old sounds kinda wrong in a way
