it's so-so. I would pick a lighting origin in the picture (where the light is coming from) and try to add in shading corresponding to that. Also, the head is too large for the body; normally, you should be able to fit in anywhere between 2 to 3.5 heads (depending on how broad the shoulders are) across the shoulders. You can fit about one and a half here, it seems. the eyes are also a little too big for her face, but that might just be the type of art you're drawing. When drawing hair, make the top layer all origination from about the center of your head. As you get farther down, make the starting point farther to down, to make the hair have a little more (as courages said) depth.
