Well you see,
4-years-difference isn't bad, but your 15-years-old, I wouldn't recommend dating a 19-year-old because your still a minor. Hes probley a lot more experienced then you and if he has sex with you he can end up in jail for statutory rape. If you are going to date a 19-year-old, you should wait till you are atleast 18, so its legal.
