I know exactly how you feel . I've been married to a felon for 10 years. As sad as it may seem as I say this but Im done dealing with it. Year after year after year rejections,turned downed for jobs. It never and isnt getting any better. Trust me. Why in the hell should I pay and my kid pay for something we didnt do. Cant live in nice housing, dont get anywhere financially cause of his always low paying fast food jobs. trying to survive off 6 maybe 700 $ a month. I finally relized I deserve better. I kept being dragged down with him cause of his f**k ups. Finally I said no more!! If he loves you and understands and wants some kind of future for you and his kid seperate. You can still love eachother and be together just not anything as far as housing goes. Thats how we live our life. After finally getting my life on track I now live in a beautiful 2 br gov. housing complex. Yes I am still on food stamps and yes on medical but my life is better than I thought it would be. Its so nice to wake up and be making it and not struggling or wonder if and how Im going to make it. He lives in a sleeping room just 6 blocks from me. We can see eachother every day and do the same as any other couple just not sleep. Some time youve got to sacrafice for better things here and there. Whats better I dont pay rent. I dont know what your financial status is but because he makes little they go off what he makes. and what not .I dont know do you work I dont . Like I said I dont know your situation completly so...?Im on a program called TANF. It all depends on everyones situation tho? But again take it from someone who has delt with this for 10 years.
