helloz everyone! I am alexis (aka lex luthor).
I luv all the spiderman, national treasure, lord of the rings and starwars movies ( I also luv "enchanted". I luv starbucks, books (tolkien, cs lewis, john bevere, mark cahill), fruit, laughing. I am almost always happy, and I luv to travel! I dont need much sleep, I am hyper 24/7, I luv to have fun, and talk. I am on the computer a lot! I am very organized, and clean (not a clean freak though). I am very friendly, and make friends very easily. I am a christian, and jesus is my LIFE! I could never be here without my King. I am almost always at my church (spiritlife church international, AZ)! I have the Joy of the Lord as my Strength, and I have the gift of an evangelist. I luv sharing the Gospel with unbelievers, I luv praise and worship, I never listen to christian rock, rap, hiphop or any of that stuff. I am 14, a virgin, and I have made a commitent to save my first kiss until my wedding day, I have commited to courting, not dating. I will stay pure until my wedding day. I am a servant of the Most High: Jesus Christ. the scripture that describes my life the most is: galations 6:9 and matthew 28:19

I came from (supposedly) a christian home. we were raised knowing that if you went to church you were going to Heaven (basically). so while in public school, I thought it was normal to have boyfriends, and chill with unbelievers, you know. so I did! not knowing that I was on the one-way road to hell.

what He brought me out of:
I really didnt go to church, or apply biblical principles into my daily lives, like we should. from preschool, I went to public schools, I was was one of the most intelligent kids youve ever met ( I was very deceptive, clever and quick, and still am)! I had the glasses, the freckles, the teachers pet, and A+'s followed me in every subject. I was the "perfect"kid.
One day while preparing for a state report (of course knowing I was going to ace it), I decided to do a report on the state of arizona, it was a state I knew nothing about, and had never been to. so I thought, what the heck? why not. so I did all the research and the whole 9 yards. of course I got an A+ and I gave it to my parents, and they got interested in AZ, I guess. so we did a majority vote with the family at the dinner table, and AZ won, hands down. we decided to move down in about 2 years.
so two years flew by and we moved smack in the middle of the desert (chandler, AZ), we knew nobody, we left all our family and friends behind. we just found a good home, a good job and a good school. after a while we decided to start trying to find a home church, we skipped around from church to church, and we werent sure about any of them. eventually we found out about spirit life church from ramon flores. we started attended the church (it was currently at whispering winds school), and I just sat there practically asleep with my eyes open. I kept going though (because of my mom). then later on, around 11yrs of age, a new girl moved into a house on our street, I decided to hang out with her (she was about my age), I soon learned she was interested in witchcraft, demons, and talking to ghosts. I knew it was wrong, but chilled with her anyway, a few weeks after being around this witch, I felt the conviction of the Holy Spirit, like I said, I was smart, I knew it was God, I knew He had more for me than this. after my mom caught that girl while doing some sort of tracking to find ghosts, she banned me and my sisters from hanging out with her, and needless to say, I was SO happy she did! after a while, you get tired of the Holy Spirit buggin you! you just want to spill everything out! and I did, right on the altar. I then gave up my worldly music, worldy friends, old way of , and so much more! and I literally felt a weight lift off my shoulders. (let me tell you people, we were not created with the ability to carry our burdens, therefore, its not possible, so just get that in your heads) I rededicated my life to Christ 100%.

what He's doing now:
our house in chandler was currently an hour away from spirit life, and we faithfully (and now, cheerfully) attended every service for about a year, driving over an hour thrice a week to church to get more of God. then after searching for months, God provided a beautiful house in glendale: 2.5 bath, 4 bd.rooms, and I love it. at this point our cousins moved down to join us! (I missed them!) my cousins are now living literally next door to us,and they all (ages 6, 11, 9) rededicated their lives to Jesus (check out their lifespace: ezra, zyion, isaiah nelson) I can walk to their house within 30 seconds. also, we are expecting a new baby cousin, what a blessing! I am now becoming a leader in the congregation, being discipled and discipling others. God has recently been stirring up my gifts and revealing my talents and I have a huge passion for evangelism! bringing people out of the dark and into the Light (check out my lifespace group: e-vangelism)! He has taught me to spread the Word by using technology! am so thankful to god right now, im speechless.
I have never done drugs, never drank alcohol, and im saving my first kiss until my wedding day!
I am no longer in public school, im still a computer genius and a book-lover. I am currently doing homeschool, and I got contacts! lol.
I have gotten rid of everything I had before Christ, except my straight A's, I guess God let me keep those. ha ha ha. =)
