hiya. hey, I'm proud of you. the first step is knowing you have a problem. Second step is to go to the doctor. you've already decided to tackle this with full force. also ask doctor if there any support groups, maybe on-line. it really helps to know you're not alone and you can talk to others in same situation-what works for them ? what doesn't ? ect. daughter and I had a tough time. she was ready to conquer this and thats the third step in my opinion. one trick I remember to be helpful was to not look at scale. when bein weighed, go on scale backwards and don't let nurse tell you how much you weigh. there may be other little bits to help but ffirst, lets see what doctor says on thursday .
