I am a 54 year young housewife who needs a life coach. my weight is out of bounds and I am becoming a hermit. im so afraid someone from years ago is going to see me. self dicipline is out the window. I want to join a gym and cant afford it. somebody, kick my butt and get me off of it . Please?
