Babe I didnt know what hapened to trigger mine either. I had some child hood issues but all of a sudden bang im a mess. I lost 8 kilos in one week from nerves and didnt sleep for a week either. I was a bloody mess. But im also living proof that things can and do change. I dont know how I looked after my kids they never once suspected anything except once when they saw me crying but other than that no one had a clue until I told them that I had a problem. Im alwyas seen as the happy person who makes everyone laugh.

And how are the councilors working for you? Do you like going? I've been through that stuff before but found it more benificial talking to my family but thats because they understood my issues. I've been on zoloft for 3 years for a chemical imbalance. Life does get better when you have it under control. xx
