Cut out sugary drinks. This one little thing can do quite a bit. Not even kidding. My nutritionist made me do that and I lost 4 pounds in less than three weeks. And I've lost more since. Also exercise more. Even if it's just walking.
Go to the doctor. I had a period once that lasted 24 days. She put me on birthcontrol to regulate my periods. Now the longest they last is 3 days. Anytime something like this is going on go to your doctor. There could be a problem.
The best way is to make a demo and send it to them. You won't always catch them at festivals. If you live in a place where record producers are known to be then maybe. But if they don't hang around your town you won't have much luck.

I don't feed them. They're still nursing. I've tried giving them canned food and they won't eat it. So it's not a matter of them not being fed enough.

That did help, thanks. She's had another one since I posted this. Both are right next to her and quiet. They're both breathing well. One's moving more than the other, though. Which kinda worries me. But I worry about EVERYTHING anyway. Ha ha.
