  if you are able to. let me know how you did it. in the summer i go on liquid diets.. lowfat soups without noodles, water, and other drinks to get vitamins. i lost 6 pounds in five days. idk what your stragey is. please tell me! i want to lose weight too.

  my parents are overprotective as well. if they continue to say no, the answer is no. dont push it and get into trouble. it sucks. maybe start being extra good and do unnecessary things around the house and ask.
