I use both. sometimes both at the same time. they are a great substitution cream liner. liquid first to create the line, and then stick to follow over the line. it makes it look less "tacky" like the person above me said lol :D

yeah, there is specialty metal paints. in tubs, buckets and even spray cans I recommend spray cans because you can paint it easier and get a more even coat. just go to your local hardware store and ask for pipe or metal outdoor paint.
