Studies show people who sleep 6-7 hours are healthier and live longer. But atleast six would be good.
A beautiful girl driving a muscle car, that's effin awesome. I drive a trans am, so I look out for american muscle cars when I seen them. I bet you get a lot of stares.
I broke my wrist about 3 years ago, and it only gets sore when I over use it. Cold days also bother me some. I'm guessing it's just something we'll have to live with. It has gotten better over time, so maybe that's what you need.
