• Is the treadmill the right thing for my trouble areas?
  without reading more then just your question itself. go with ab workouts. lots of sit up. lots and lots. and when sit ups become easier to do. lotsss of those. before bed is the best time. killing those calories at the end of the day is the way to go.

  I dont actually think game cube games work on wii.. I have both. then again. I've never tried.. but personally I dont think it will work. they are two completely different consols. unlike ps2 and ps3. and xbox and 360.
