Not that I know of...if you want to stream music, lala, pandora, last.fm are all interesting, but if you want to download legally you have to pay. There are some independent artists that offer their music free in mp3 format, but nothing I'm personal...

No, you don't need to be an an advisor. Just clicks the 'customize' link on your profile on the left hand side to change the layout; colors, etc.

Look: you still didn't mention what *kind* of music. And, you didn't mention what you've tried to do (and failed) at so far in getting other musicians to work with. Have you talked to local music shops? Posted in coffee shops? Looked on craigslist? ...

Some of them are hard to read as a result...if we get more feedback like this, we may try to enable a 'default' view, so you see it with the classic layout even if it's been changed. However, it'll take us a few weeks to figure it out.
As long as it fits - physically - it should be fine. When I added ram to my last desktop computer, the slots were identical, however, one was harder to get at.
