If you have a place to go like a YMCA that has an indoor pool that has been roped off for laps, you should try that. It's good to walk back and forth across the pool. The resistance it provides is really great for you.

Yes, all those are great. Chevy Chase was on about a month ago doing a spot during the Weekend Update...He's all gray now, but still funny. I hadn't heard anything about a sexual harrassment issue...but you never know. :)
