You should live on a 2,000 calorie diet. Calories is basically how much fat that's in food. If you are eating more than 2,000 calories, and you cut it down, after a period of time you will lose weight.

If you're on your period, you will want to eat all the time.(sometimes) If not, try eating 6 small meals a day with little healthy snacks. Or 3 big meals with healthy snacks.
