in an office i interned for they also used polycom. It seamed to work pretty well without problems
well, if your not ready to tell her..then your not. When i got my belly button done i opted for a smaller ring so if my shirt went up u couldnt see it that well. Try getting a really tiny stud so it's less noticeable.
