You should introduce more veggies and oats in your diet ^^" good for your heart,colon,arterys and provides great nutritional values to you. Maybe 10 raw almonds a day too.
I like eating frijoles rancheros lol make sure they have a good amount of chile not so much thought just enough were you can take the heat. The spicyness should slowly open your nasal. Works for me sometimes, plus your eating fiber!
You should take certain vitamins, its more natural. I'm not sure which one was it but it help on your growth of your hair, keeps hair shiny and strong. Nutrional health is the best! If I remeber I'll post it, or you can search if you want.
