  good luck! My son is 13 months old and I just jumped back on the fitness wagon not long ago, so im not in that great of shape but if you can get motivated... you should be losing weight in no time, just dont diet if youre breast feeding

  don't diet, but DO cardio. If you're doing cardio and strength training your body should proportion itself. (strength training without cardio is never a good idea) hope this helps -socalfitnesstrainer
