i got just the information for you, wut u have are heat spots, ummm usually keeping lotion on them will help reduce the outbreak ummmmm it will eventually go away just hang in there ummmm i would reccamend washing it extra extra good try sqeezing them...
no it is just a skin nacteria so do not sweat it i do know if u get em in ur hair they can make a huge bald spot in ur head,just try not to itch it and keep medicine on it
