Also to add...Cold Sores are a virus,the virus never leaves your body so when something happens like weather, or smoking, getting sick etc. you have a breakout. I get them, i use this topical ointment called lyzine it makes them go away in about 1-2 da...
a heat rash probably.. just get some hydrocortizone cream at like a drug store(ie: wallgreens, rite aid).. but if it gets worse or dosent go away or look better seek medical attention
