  crest whitening strips actually work. Brush your teeth after everythign you eat... and laser whitening from your dentist is good :]

  I suggest a 2,000 callorie diet and a lot of exercising. Its the healthiest way and it can be fun and creative. You could try playing lots of sports or somethign healthy and athetic. this diet could open tons of new doros to your life :)
