98 is considered normal 103 after eating but if yopu drop below 70 or go above 190 be concerend and get checked for diabetes if high and hypoglycimic if low
I did that lost 20lbs in 6 weeks by doing an all protien diet..kinda like adkins diet, it was tough but it worked and I didnt even really exercise. Not sure how healthy it is but it worked
