  hm.. ive never heard of anyone biting their knuckles before. but i spose a habit is a habit.. try putting a chilli sauce or mustard (something you dont like the taste of) on your knuckles, hopefully this will stop you biting them throughout the day.

  wow.. 'prkswllflwr' has got it pretty much covered. but i say use a decent shampoos and conditioners.. (like- L'Oreal Elseve Nutri Gloss) and make sure you dont use 2in1 shampoos. they make your hair greasier.
