i really doubt that they are scratch marks, i've had them for a while. does it mean im losing weight? I don't need to lose any, im too skinny already...
yeah, 95-110 lbs. but everyone is different, and you are also only 4'10", so 89 is a hair underweight, but lots of people are like that.
