well workout like crazy because its really hard to lose that much weight in that time. and eat grapefruits =]
situps? =] or like uh. lay on your back, bend your legs, as if your going to sit on your knees. and lift them up til you are doing a crunch, sorta. I don't know its hard to explain. =] if you understood, then do it! =]

oh my gosh!! dood the same thing just happened to me!! i cut my hair and i hated it at first!!! i had long brown hair down my back...but now its like up to my shoulders...well all i can say is that u will get used to it like in a week or so...trust me ...
