you sound like you are low on iron or have a thyroid problem. You need to get to the doctor as soon as you can.
Has she had her period? And you can get a pregnancy test at the Dollar Store for a dollar, they work great. It is possible that she may be pregnant, but instead of guessing I'd do the test and then go from there. How old is your friend?
