I dont know how you could stay out of trouble but when your about to do something bad just think what your doing and that if you do anything bad you could get kicked out.just try to be normal and stay out of trouble.
you could loose weight and still eat food by eating the food with less calories.so if you usually eat something with 200 calories try to eat something that have less calories than that this would help you loose weight.I hope this helps if you have any ...
